Nollywood actor Murphy Afolabi according to a source died from injuries he sustained from falling down in the bathroom in the early hours of Sunday, May 14, 2023, praizemedia report.
Murphy Afolabi was a Nigerian actor, producer, and director born on May 9, 1974, in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.

He began his acting career in the late 1990s and was known for his roles in Yoruba-language movies.
Afolabi produced several movies, including “Enu,” “Gbolahan,” “Owo Ale,” “Asake,” and “Igbekun,” among others.
He won several awards for his contributions to the Nigerian film industry, including the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Yoruba) at the Best of Nollywood Awards in 2012.
