Popular Nigerian singer Wizkid is currently searching for a viral FC pepper seller who described himself as a die-hard fan of the superstar and said he would faint if he ever met him in real life.
The search follows a video that went viral online after an interviewer identified as Habeen spoke with a young boy named Bukola, who sells pepper on the streets of Ibadan, Oyo State.
In the now-popular clip, Bukola, seen balancing a tray of pepper on his head, said Wizkid’s music is what motivates him daily and gives him the strength to keep going. He emphasized how important the singer is to his life, adding that his love for Wizkid is so deep that people no longer call him by his real name but simply refer to him as “Wizkid.”
The young pepper seller also prayed for the singer, wishing Wizkid and his son, Champz, long life and protection against untimely death.
Addressing criticisms often directed at the singer, Bukola noted that while some people describe Wizkid as proud, he believes the artiste is simply being himself and choosing to avoid unnecessary drama.
He also went to sing Wizkid’s trending song “Money constant” as he dishes out those lyrics word for word.

Reacting to the viral video, Wizkid, through his official DJ, DJ Tunez, has launched a search for the boy and promised that he would meet the singer this December.
“THIS DECEMBER YOU GO SEE BIG WIZ! OGBAFIA & SONS FIND THIS BOY FOR ME! ASAPPPPP!!!!!”
He added; :OPE O! 🇳🇬 SEE YOU SOON!.”
