Music legend 2baba Idibia has finally addressed the disturbing “Help me” post that sent the internet into a frenzy today, Tuesday, 3rd December, 2025, clarifying that he did not make the post and urging fans to stop the panic.
In a new video shared online, the singer appeared visibly concerned as he explained that the situation had escalated beyond control.
According to 2baba, the viral post, which many believed was a cry for help amid his marital crisis with wife Natasha Osawaru, was not authored by him.
In his words:
“I didn’t make that post. This is getting out of hand. This is a dangerous situation right now. I know what fans can do. I am perfectly okay. This is putting Natasha at risk. It’s not fair. I need everybody to calm down. I need everybody to cease fire.”
The singer emphasized that the online panic and aggressive reactions from supporters could intensify the ongoing tension and place his wife in unnecessary danger.
The “Help me” post had triggered assumptions that 2baba was overwhelmed by his marital troubles, following recent reports of clashes, emotional outbursts, and public disputes involving Natasha.
However, in the new video, 2baba stressed that he is fine and urged the public to allow him and his wife to handle their issues privately without further interference.
The update has calmed some of the online uproar, but many fans continue to question how the mysterious “Help me” message surfaced on his page.
