Popular Nollywood actress Funke Akindele in a new video cries profusely after being accused of ignoring late actress Aderounmi Adejumoke.
Note that celebrities and fans have been mourning actress Adejumoke who is well known for her role “Esther” in the hit series Jeniffer Diary.
She passed away on April 6th 2024 at the age of 2024. Before she dies she has not been seen on the screen for a long period of time.
Actress Funke Akindele joined the leagues of Nigerian celebrities who have taken to social media to mourn late Aderounmu Adejumoke.
However, Aderounmu Adeola, the brother of the late actress Adejumoke calls out Funkle Akindele as he refers to her as a terrible and hypocrite.
He disclosed that his late sister, actress Aderounmu Adejumo called Funke Akindele but she ignored her.
However, during an Instagram live session with her fans, Funke Akindele asserts that she didn’t know Aderounmu Adejumoke was sick disclosing that she even asked of Adejumoke from her close friend, actor Jide Awobona because it has been a long time she saw her.
Speaking further in the video, Funke Akindele uttered that she has been a depressed person for a while now because she lost her mother and also her marriage.
In the video, Funke Akindele breaks into tears after a netizen commented that she would bury his twins after the death of actress Adejumoke Aderounmu.
Funke Akindele becomes heartbroken over the statement expressing that she has her own trying times as she would been of help if she heard anything about late Adejumoke before she passed away.
The thespian added that she sent a message to the grieving brother of late actress Adejumoke notifying him that she has been unaware of anything about his sister for a long time now but he is yet to reply.
In her words; “I was depressed, I lost my mother & my marriage. Stop saying I’ll bvry my own children. I have my trying moments too.”
