Nigerian award-winning singer, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has remained steadfast in honoring the memory of his late son, Ifeanyi, through a touching gesture. In a heartfelt tribute, Davido dedicated a new diamond pendant to his beloved son.
Sharing a poignant moment on his Instagram story, Davido unveiled a stunning diamond pendant adorned with an identical image of Ifeanyi.
This gesture serves as a poignant reminder of Davido’s enduring love and cherished memories of his late son.
The dedication of the diamond pendant to Ifeanyi is a testament to Davido’s unwavering commitment to keeping his son’s memory alive. Despite the pain of loss, Davido continues to find solace in honoring Ifeanyi’s legacy, ensuring that his presence is felt and remembered forever.
It is remembered that Davido and his wife, Chioma Rowland, tragically lost their three-year-old son Ifeanyi in October 2022 due to drowning.
This won’t mark Davido’s first time incorporating Ifeanyi’s face into his pendant. He previously introduced Ifeanyi to fans and followers through a diamond pendant featuring his likeness.
Penning his heartfelt tribute to his son, the music star captioned the photo with abbreviation, ‘LCND’ meaning ‘Legend can never die’.
The photo comes after Davido loses all his three Grammy awards nominations at the event which took place on Sunday, February 4.
