Golden Oldies is wishing veteran Nigerian actor Kareem Adepoju popularly known as “Baba Wande” a happy birthday (January 6, 1945). Baba Wande acting career began in 1963 with the Oyin Adejobi Theatre Group.
For more than four decades, Baba Wande has portrayed a variety of notable roles on stage and in film. Baba Wande shot into the limelight in 1993 after he starred as “Oloye Otun” in the movie titled Ti Oluwa Ni Ile, it was made in 3 parts and listed as one of the 10 best selling Yoruba movies of all time.
