Nigerian actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo expressed his excitement as he had the opportunity to meet Lagos State Governor, Sanwo Olu.
He shared this exciting news on his official Instagram page, where he revealed that he had been invited to speak as a panelist at the Program Announcement Event for the upcoming 12th African International Film Festival (AFRIFF). The event had Lagos State Governor, H.E. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as the special host.

In his caption, he wrote, “I was invited to speak as a panellist at the Programme Announcement Event for the Upcoming 12th African International Film Festival (AFRIFF), with the governor of Lagos State, H.E. Babajide Sanwo-Olu as special host.”
During his participation, he emphasized the importance of promoting indigenous cultures through art to a global audience. The event also featured engaging discussions on enhancing capacity building and grants for young talents in the Nollywood industry.
Femi Adebayo encouraged everyone to mark their calendars for the festival, scheduled from November 5th to the 10th, promising that it would be an event not to be missed.
