Emotional as Regina Chukwu’s housewarming clash with Late Husband Remembrance, she reacts

Nollywood actress, Regina Chukwu has been left emotional after realizing her housewarming date coincidence with her husband’s remembrance, Praizemedia report.

The mother of two, in a lengthy post on her Instagram page, recounted how she made several postponements to her party till she was able to pick a date with the help of her colleagues, Kemi Korede and Folorunsho Adeola.

Little did she know, that the date she picked is her husband’s 20th remembrance day.

According to her, she was oblivious to the clash of dates till her youngest sibling called her attention to it.

She revealed that her sister called from the UK to inquire if she knew the date she engage them was exactly the 20th anniversary of her husband.

Regina stated that she almost debated it with her sister until she realized it and was left in awe of how God works.

She wrote,

“Happy new week my lover.

So it’s just 7 days to my party (the mushy, mushy kinda emboss). There is a whole lot clot that has went down within this short period and I have got to learn and unlearn so many things and humans in general but trust me this isn’t the time to go into all that.

Now to the reason why my emotions is all over the place.

We had to move the date from the 22nd of March to May 1 cos election and all that was going on in the country but the most amazing part of it was the date we ended up settling for (unknowingly to me was a very significant one in my life) so when the need to change the date came @folorunshoadeola quickly rush down to my end and I also called @iamkemikorede and we hastily decided on May 1st considering we also wanted the Ramadan fasting to be over and done with but what I didn’t realize then was that the day we chose was the anniversary of my late husband death… I didn’t realize until my youngest sibling who happened to be living with me when the sad event happened called from the UK to ask me if I knew the date I gave them was exactly the 20th anniversary of my husband and I almost debated it until I pulsed to do the calcu and I was like “HAAA GOD! What a way you have of doing your thing God”.
